Here is an example of what I eat in a day » 4 banana chocolate smoothie for breakfast, 7 banana beet smoothie and more fruit for snacks, a big salad with chickpeas and hummus for a late lunch and some rice noodles with veggie and kimchi for dinner. I’m working late tonight so I packed all this and brought it with me (besides the chocolate banana smoothie, which I drink in the car…)

I also received the most beautiful letter and a few new teas from my beautiful friend Meghan @naturallymeghan for our first #teapenpalparty exchange!! She also sent me a bar of “Orange Essentials” Conscious Chocolate, how well she knows me 😉❤️❤️❤️
